Charlotte “Charlie” Newton lives with her parents in Santa Rosa, when charming and sophisticated Charles “Uncle Charlie” Oakley comes to visit on short notice. Charlie slowly realizes Oakley is in fact a wanted man, the “Merry Widow” killer, something Oakley soon recognizes.
