The Water Conservation Demonstration Garden at the Altadena Library (Photo – George Patton).

Children and families are invited to a morning gardening session.

Master Gardener Brienna McWade will talk about the basics of the garden growing cycle, soil, plants, and pollinators. Participants will have the opportunity to harvest ready vegetables and make wildflower “seed bombs” to take home. Adult/parent participation is required.

We will be working outside, so remember to wear an outfit and shoes that can get dirty.
