A free compost giveaway event will be held for Monterey Park residents on Saturday, February 14, from 8:00 am – 11:00 am at Garvey Ranch Park’s west entrance near 751 S. Alhambra Ave., Monterey Park, CA 91755.
Bagged compost will be available at a first come, first serve basis. There’s a limit of two bags per customer during the first hour. Loose material will be available for self service. Recipients should bring their own containers.
For customers with roll out service, compost delivery to your residence can be arranged by calling (626) 225-2400.
