Mariposa Night at Caltech’s Beckman Auditorium is a special event for those who live in or love Altadena.
Storytellers will share memories of growing up, raising families, running businesses, building community with their neighbors, and thriving in the unique community Altadena has always been. The performance will begin at 7:00 pm in Caltech’s Beckman Auditorium. Tickets are free, but required for entry. If seats remain available after all ticketed patrons have entered, seats may be made available for those without tickets. Ticket reservations have currently reached capacity. Check back at this website, as some tickets held in reserve should be released soon.
Presented by Leadership Pasadena and sponsored by Caltech, the event is free to the public and will be preceded by a resource fair event on Beckman lawn featuring local non-profits focused on community well-being. The resource fair will be located at Beckman Mall on Caltech’s campus from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Tickets are not required for the resource fair. Food will be available for purchase from the Tacos 210 Food Truck. Informational tables will be hosted by Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, Young and Healthy, Union Station, Stars, Pasadena Village, Pasadena Library, and Options for Learning. Featured musicians include the Eliot Arts Magnet Mariachi Band.
