The Bruin Collaborative at UCLA Downtown, 433 S Spring St., celebrates the launch of Dina Polt’s new book, Street Smart: Succeeding in a Man’s World, a continuation of UCLA Extension’s Entertainment Speaker Series in their new UCLA Downtown space.
A trailblazing music attorney, fierce activist for artists’ rights and former UCLA Extension instructor (2002–2019), LaPolt spent nearly two decades shaping the next generation of music industry professionals through her acclaimed course, Legal and Practical Aspects of the Music Industry.
