Get ready for this “behind the scenes” Open Book conversation on Monday, October 20, 2025, to be held at the Altadena Public Library. Mingle at a pre-hosted happy hour, enjoy the riveting dialogue, and take part in the Q & A and book signing, from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm. The authors’ books will be on sale at the event. Event proceeds will be donated to support author events and literary programs in the community.

Fragoza is the prose editor of Huizache Magazine. Her fiction and nonfiction have appeared in numerous publications, including BOMB, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the New York Times, and the most recent issue of American Short Fiction.
