      Anticipation is growing on Pepper Drive in Altadena for the annual Fourth of July parade.

      The long Independence Day parade will start at 10:00 am at the top corner of Pepper Drive and Glen Canyon. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, horses and zany characters will stroll the length of the parade.
