      The 2nd Annual Open Arts & Music Festival engages, plans and produces Glendale’s signature event with fellow residents, businesses, and local leaders.

      Through music performances, arts markets and a public art installation, activities for children, and featured businesses, the Open Arts & Music Festival creates an immersive, welcoming, and family-friendly environment in the heart of Downtown Glendale.
