Pasadena Martin Luther King Jr. Community Coalition celebrates the legacy of Dr. King at the 2026 King Day Celebration.
The theme of this year’s free event: “Resilience and Renewal: Social Justice, Equality, and Community Empowerment.”
This year’s featured speaker will be Senator Sasha Renée Pérez.
The community event is open to the public, bringing together schools, families, and local organizations to commemorate Dr. King’s enduring impact. It begins with a Teach-In at 8:30 am and continues with the Main Program following at 10:00 am.
