Featuring a keynote speaker, panel discussions, and distinct workshops for youth and adults, attendees of Pasadena Mental Health Day 2019 will:
- Participate in Interactive and insightful workshops for youth and adults – including parents, new adults, and seniors
- Gain knowledge on the current mental health issues and challenges faced today
- Gain knowledge on the current mental health issues among those experiencing homelessness
- Discover the benefits of healthy living, community engagement, and compassionate service on mental health and homelessness
