South Pasadena Open House on July 25 will discuss the Neighborhood Preservation and Local Control Measure.

The City of South Pasadena invites the community to an Open House to learn about the South Pasadena Neighborhood Preservation & Local Control Measure on the November 2024 ballot.
The mini charette-style dialogue will be held at the South Pasadena Senior Center, located at 1102 Oxley Street, on July 25th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Residents and community members will have an opportunity to learn more about the areas where higher density development is anticipated. Staff will have maps and photo simulations on large boards to assist the public to provide feedback.
The City’s goal is to provide the community with as much information as possible about the upcoming ballot measure. Updated Frequently Asked Questions on the ballot measure will be available. The community is encouraged to regularly visit the ballot measure page at southpasadenaca.gov/ballotmeasure.
