The African American Parent Council presents San Rafael’s highly anticipated annual Black History Month Science & Art Fair, set to showcase a blend of creativity, science, and culture.

Attendees can look forward to live music, lively dancing, a planetary parade, and engaging presentations by San Rafael students.
