      The City of Pasadena, in partnership with the community, strives to create, foster, and ensure a caring, child-centered environment where young children are healthy, safe, and find early success in school and life.

      The celebration of the young child will be from September 20-26 with free programming offered at each of the Pasadena and Altadena Early Learning Hub Sites: Altadena Library District (Altadena Public Library, Bob Lucas Memorial Library, and Loma Alta Park), Families Forward Learning Center, Jefferson Branch Library, Kidspace Children’s Museum, La Pintoresca Branch Library, Pacific Clinics Peoria Street, Pasadena Public Health Department, and Villa Parke Branch Library.

      The Fall Festival is a celebration of young children honoring their dreams, joyful learning, and community belonging.
