Thor Samuel and Brian Sanchez from John Muir High School in Pasadena have been selected to compete this weekend in the Water Polo Junior Olympics.

Thor Samuel, a student at Muir High School will be representing the Rose Bowl Water Polo Club on the 16U team, while Brian Sanchez, a recent Muir graduate, will be competing with the 18U Rose Bowl Water Polo Club Team.
The Water Polo Junior Olympics is a tournament that attracts teams from across the state and country. It’s a highly competitive event.
The tournament is taking place in Orange County July 15-18, providing an exciting opportunity for Thor and Brian to compete against some of the best water polo players in their respective age groups in the country.
It’s a great achievement for both athletes and a testament to their hard work, talent, and the support they’ve received from their coaches, teammates, and the John Muir High School community.
