Mike Crowley and Scott Harden announced their intention to run for PUSD Board seats.

Crowley announced his intention to run for the District 2 seat, currently occupied by PUSD Board member Roy Boulghorjian, while Harden will be running for District 4, currently occupied by PUSD Board President, Pat Cahalan.
In an excerpt from an email to our newsroom, Crowley announced the following:
We must all keep aware that in the next school year our newest challenge will be Social Distancing and just what that means for each school. This must be a key topic for discussion until a vaccine is discovered…
On his campaign wesbsite, Harden stated his intention to run with the following:
Scott [Harden] is running…because he believes our school district is at a crossroads. Recent public school closures have left the community divided…
Both, Scott Harden and Mike Crowley, are parents of PUSD students.
Other candidates for the PUSD Board are Tina Wu Fredericks for District 6 and Jennifer Hall Lee for District 2. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020.
