In the show “Annie Get Your Gun,” Annie is content because, though she’s short of money, she has the sun in the morning and the moon at night. But anyone passing the Gould Mesa electricity substation at dawn today, had the moon in the morning. a smidgen less than full and lovely sight.
Let’s hope he was only half-wrong: the sun at night would upset a few plans, wouldn’t it?
