The South Pasadena Planning Commission is inviting community members to share their input on proposed updates to height limits, density, and development standards during a public meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.

The proposed changes are intended to help implement Measure SP, a voter-approved initiative guiding future development in the city. Planning Commission members and City staff will be in attendance to present the proposals, answer questions, and listen to feedback from residents.
Public input from the June 16 meeting will help inform the Commission’s formal recommendations to the South Pasadena City Council. A special meeting to consider and finalize those recommendations is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 6:30 pm, also in the City Council Chambers.
All South Pasadena residents are encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the city’s development future.
