With the addition of the Johnson & Johnson one-dose vaccine, access to the vaccine will improve in areas of L.A. County where vaccination rates are the lowest.
The L.A. County Health Department emphasized safety in a press release on Saturday, March 27, 2021:
As we approach spring break and numerous religious and spiritual holidays, it’s important to remember that travel and gathering in-person with others increases the risk of getting and spreading COVID-19.
…The safest way to observe religious and spiritual holidays at this time is still to gather virtually or with people who live with you.
The city of Sierra Madre took the lead this week in adults’ vaccinations, followed by the city of San Marino and La Cañada Flintridge respectively. Below is the full list of surrounding communities (click on charts to enlarge):

- Anyone arriving to Los Angeles County from outside the state must self-quarantine for 10 days.
- Travelers should remain at their home or lodging for the 10 days and avoid contact with others.
- People should get tested if they have COVID-19 symptoms, were in crowds, or were involved in any other activities that may have put them at risk for getting COVID-19.
