The West California Academy of Art and Design (WCAAD), in San Gabiel, hosted an art show, “Reminiscence” on October 13 for the class of 2025. Fourteen senior art students displayed their art and portfolios.

This is the second senior class show that WCAAD students from the portfolio preparation class have organized. Many of the students have already received acceptance, and full scholarships to prestigious universities and colleges including Otis College of Art and Design, Pratt Institute, Parsons School of Design, USC and NYU School of the Arts.
There was a wide variety of medium on display, including mixed media, pencil drawings, architectural designs, and paintings.
“As these young artists have matured, their artistic talents and passions have flourished,” WCAAD Principal Lei Wang said. “The exhibition captures the transformative journey of young artists, showcasing their evolving skills and evolving interests.
