The US National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard is warning residents of the San Gabriel Valley and Greater Pasadena to prepare for gusty Santa Ana winds this week.
By News Desk
Winds are expected to pick up on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, following recent rains that have left tree roots potentially weakened. As a result, there is an increased risk of downed trees and limbs during the gusty conditions.
The National Weather Service advises locals to secure outdoor objects and avoid parking under trees to prevent accidents. The upcoming wind events are expected to bring both sunshine and cooler temperatures.
