Celebrate Independence Day with San Marino!

The City has assumed management of the 4th of July parade, which is held in the late afternoon (4:45 pm) before the fireworks at 9:00 pm. All community groups, organizations, and businesses are encouraged to come make some noise and join in this proud community tradition. The parade route, lined with supportive neighbors and friends, travels approximately 1.5 miles along Monterey Road to Virginia Road and through Lacy Park.
The Independence Day Celebration will be from 7:00 am – 9:30 pm at Lacy Park. This is a ticketed event and wristbands are required for adults and youth over 2 years old. Pre-sale wristbands are $5 for residents (proof of residency is required) and $15 for non-residents. Wristbands purchased on the day of the event are $20 for residents and non-residents.
Wristbands can be purchased until Wednesday, July 3 at the following locations:
- San Marino Community Center
1800 Huntington Drive
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, 7:00 am – 11:00 am - Crowell Public Library
1890 Huntington Dive
Monday – Thursday, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
