Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Department (RSD) is inviting the community to its Annual Holiday Open House on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Los Robles Building, located at 199 S. Los Robles Ave., Suite 350. This free event is open to residents, property owners, and community members alike.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the RSD team and learn more about the department’s year-round services, including rental registry support, tenant and landlord resources, hearings, compliance information, and more. Guests can also enjoy festive refreshments, sweet treats, and holiday music, all while mingling with staff and fellow community members in a welcoming, holiday-filled atmosphere.
“We are very excited to be hosting this open house,” said Helen Morales, Director of the Rent Stabilization Department. “We welcome every member of the community to join us on December 16 to meet our team and join in on some holiday cheer. We look forward to seeing you!”
The Holiday Open House is a perfect opportunity to connect with the RSD staff and learn more about important housing resources in the city, all while celebrating the season in good company.
Parking Information
Street parking is available on Euclid Avenue and Cordova Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Paid parking is also available at the Los Robles Building parking garage.
