Coffee With A Cause, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Transitional Age Youth (TAY) with meaningful career pathways, is excited to announce the appointment of Brandon Ruiz to its Board of Directors. With over 15 years of experience in employment law, organizational development, and workforce advocacy, Ruiz brings a wealth of expertise that aligns seamlessly with the organization’s mission.

Currently serving as the Litigation Practice Manager at D. Law, Inc., and with a distinguished career as a partner at Hennig Kramer, LLP, Ruiz is widely recognized for his leadership in both the legal and business communities. His work in guiding teams, mentoring professionals, and advocating for fairness in the workplace has earned him numerous accolades, including being named a Super Lawyer from 2020 to 2025.
