The annual SCMAF Youth Basketball Tournaments give youth in grades 3-8 the opportunity to compete against other youth recreation programs within Southern California. This year, four PRCS teams made it to the championship rounds and three of the teams took first place in various divisions:
- A: Division 7th/8th Grade Girls Champions
- A: Division 7th/8th Grade Open Champions
- B: Division 5th/6th Grade Open Champions
- C: Division 3rd/4th Grade Consolation Champions
PRCS provides safe, fun, and affordable youth sports programs throughout the year for youth ages 3 – 18. Teams are coached by highly experienced coaches and instructors, many of whom grew up participating in PRCS youth sports programs.
“Youth sports programs provide meaningful, lifelong lessons that carry into adulthood,” said PRCS Director Koko Panossian. “We are proud of Pasadena youths’ accomplishments and congratulate them on their triumphs. We recognize and appreciate the coaches who excel at fostering those lessons through team sports.”
