Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) has announced the expansion of its Water Leak Assistance program to support both residential and commercial customers impacted by the recent Eaton Fire. Qualifying customers can receive a bill credit of up to $5,000.

To be eligible, customers must meet the following criteria:
- The property must be located in a mandatory or voluntary evacuation zone for the Eaton Fire.
- Excessive water usage must have occurred between January 7 and February 6, 2025.
- The bill adjustment is available once per metered account.
- Those who have previously received water leak assistance are also eligible under the Eaton Fire assistance guidelines.
Applications for assistance will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and funds are limited. Customers interested in applying can download the application at PWPweb.com/WaterLeak, email CustomerService@CityofPasadena.net, or contact the PWP Customer Service Call Center at (626) 744-4005, Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
