With fire danger increasing following the Eaton Fire and warmer weather on the way, Pasadena city officials are urging residents to stay safe, informed, and prepared.

City departments are coordinating to share safety alerts, weather updates, and tips via social media and the city website.
“The heat is on…. whether you are attending the Just Like Heaven Music Festival at The Rose Bowl Stadium or celebrating mom with outdoor activities, stay hydrated with electrolytes and avoid drinks like alcohol and caffeine that cause dehydration, wear loose fitting/breathable clothing, hats and sunscreen and seek medical attention right away if you experience any heat related symptoms,” said Pasadena Fire Chief, Chad Augustin.
