What a fiasco between the rent stabilization department and the PRHB. Not sure which one is worse. If you have a property registered, in our case it expires 8/31/25 which is prior to the so called opening of registration for the new year. On top of that the fees are almost double of the previous year to make up the $7 million black hole where the funds are going with dozens of people doing more harm than good to the housing situation in Pasadena.
