The City of Pasadena has launched a new citywide survey, titled “Build Pasadena’s Future With Us,” inviting input from residents, local businesses, job seekers, and educators to help shape the future of local economic development and workforce engagement.

The initiative seeks to gather feedback on business capacity and workforce needs while connecting the community with upcoming opportunities tied to major public construction projects, including planned improvements to the historic Central Library and the Rose Bowl.
According to city officials, the survey is a key step in maximizing the local economic benefits of these significant infrastructure investments. Designed to support local labor, suppliers, small businesses, and educational institutions, the effort underscores Pasadena’s commitment to inclusive economic growth.
PCL Construction, a project partner, is working alongside the City to support community outreach and ensure residents and vendors are well-positioned to benefit from the upcoming work.
The Build Pasadena’s Future With Us survey opened on October 1 and is available to all members of the community. Participants can access the survey and learn more about current and upcoming city construction projects at this link.
