In anticipation of the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup matches at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium, the City of Pasadena has announced a series of temporary street closures in the Old Pasadena area to ensure public safety and smooth event operations.

The closures will impact traffic around Holly Street, with various dates and times throughout June.
Street Closure Details
Holly Street will be closed between Raymond Avenue and Arroyo Parkway on the following dates and times:
- Sunday, June 15: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 17: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Thursday, June 19: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Saturday, June 21: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Monday, June 23: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 25: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
During these closures, motorists are advised to expect delays and are encouraged to plan their routes ahead of time to avoid congestion.
Detour Information
To help mitigate traffic disruptions, the City recommends the following detours:
- East/West Travel:
- Walnut Street (north of Holly Street)
- Del Mar Boulevard (south of Holly Street)
- North/South Travel:
- Fair Oaks Avenue (west of Holly Street)
- Los Robles Avenue (east of Holly Street)
These alternate routes should help facilitate smoother travel around the closure area.
Parking Restrictions
Along with the street closures, there will be temporary parking restrictions on Holly Street during the closure periods. Signs indicating “No Parking – Tow Away” zones will be posted and strictly enforced. Residents and visitors are urged to pay attention to posted signage to avoid any towing violations.
