Whether you’re looking for giggles or screams, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy. Join Pasadena’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (PRCS) for a howling good time during its newest event, ‘Giggles & Screams’, on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 3:00 – :8:00 pm at La Pintoresca Park, 45 E. Washington Blvd. This event is free and open to the public.
Schedule
- The “Giggles” hours, 3:00 – 5:00 pm, are designed for the little ones to enjoy and include a costume contest, trunk-or-treat goodies, trackless train rides, “little goblins” play zone, and lights-on tours.
- Haunted house from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.
- The “Screams” hours begin at sunset. Test your fright factor between 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the haunted house (ages 12 and older) and creepy clown train ride (all ages).
Attendees will also enjoy family-friendly game booths, face painting, a photo area, and more! Food will be available for purchase.
Community partners include Armory Center for the Arts, Day One, Divas and Dames, Flintridge Center, Foothill Family, Foursquare Church, Harambee Ministries, Pasadena Police Department, Pasadena Public Health Department, Pasadena Public Library, Pasadena Department of Transportation, Sylvan Learning, Victory Bible Church, and West Pasadena Little League.
