An anonymous donor recently added $5,000 to the City of Pasadena’s $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the tragic murder of 13-year old Iran Moreno while he played video games in his bedroom. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved an additional $20,000 in November 2021.
On March 11, Governor Newsom’s office announced an additional $50,000 reward from the State of California to assist in this investigation. The total reward amount currently stands $85,000.
Pasadena Police Department Homicide Detectives have exhausted all leads into this senseless act of violence and are hoping this reward money will motivate anyone with crucial information about this murder to come forward. Often, information gathered from the public during investigations has proven to be instrumental in helping law enforcement bring those responsible to justice on behalf of all victims.
