The Monterey Park Police Department has officially launched Citizen RIMS, a new online platform that provides the community with real-time access to law enforcement data, including crime mapping, service calls, and recent arrests.

Residents can explore the Citizen Records Information Management System (RIMS) by visiting montereypark.citizenrims.com or by navigating to the Crime Statistics tab on the department’s official website.
The interactive site allows users to:
- View Crime Data and Police Activity:
A live map displays recent crimes and incidents, searchable by address to help residents monitor neighborhood-specific activity - Track Monthly Crime Statistics:
A visual line graph presents crime trends over the past several months for easy reference. - See Current Missing Persons:
The platform highlights individuals reported missing within the last 30 days. - Access Arrestee Information:
View details on recent arrests made by the department over the past month. - Submit Online Requests:
Community members can request vacation home checks, report concerns for extra patrols, and more. - Register Security Cameras:
Residents and business owners can voluntarily register their surveillance systems to assist officers in locating potential video evidence during investigations.
