Monterey Park Gets Its First Electronic Dance Music Concert

The City of Monterey Park, in partnership with Monterey Park Arts Collective (MPAC), announces its first-ever Electric Park.

This free concert, featuring DJ/Producers playing Electronic Dance Music, is focused on bringing people together to provide a positive activity that will enhance their lives.

Monterey Park residents have expressed a desire for events and activities geared toward younger adults, a sizeable portion of the city’s population (34% of residents are aged 18-44, Census). This event aims to be the first of many that provide hope and harmony through music, people, and community.

Music will include DJ, House, Techno, Breakbeats, and other genres of EDM. Plus food trucks, games, vendors, and more.
