      The Los Angeles County Registrar has certified the March 3, 2020 election results.

      For the city of Monterey Park City Council election, Yvonne Yiu won the District 2 seat with 29.20% of the vote.

      Candidate(s) Votes Percent
      YVONNE YIU (N) 797 29.20%
      JENNIFER LOVE TANG (N) 679 24.88%
      ROBERT “BOB” GIN (N) 645 23.64%
      LORRAINE MARTINEZ (N) 608 22.28%

      Fred Sornoso won the District 3 seat with 63.14% of the vote.

      Candidate(s) Votes Percent
      FRED SORNOSO (N) 1,326 63.14%
      ALLAN SHATKIN (N) 774 36.86%

      Henry Lo won the District 4 seat with 58.00% of the vote.

      Candidate(s) Votes Percent
      HENRY LO (N) 819 58.00%
      LEILANI MORALES (N) 593 42.00%

      On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to declare the election officially concluded.

      A total of 2,122,469 ballots were processed and counted with 38.50% of eligible voters casting ballots in Los Angeles County.
