Monrovia Fire Engine 101 responded early Sunday morning, Nov. 2, to a vehicle fire on East Hillcrest.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle fully involved in flames. Crews acted quickly to extinguish the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby structures and other vehicles.
Thanks to their rapid response, the blaze was contained within minutes, and no injuries were reported. Fire officials confirmed that exposures were successfully protected, minimizing property damage in the area. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Monrovia Fire Department.
