L.A. County Poll Workers Are Needed

The L.A. County is in urgent need of poll workers for the upcoming primary election.

Poll workers, especially those who are bilingual, are needed for the March 3 election. Under the new voting system, poll workers are required to do eight hours of training and sign up for multiple days working the polls.

Poll workers receive a stipend (with some estimating it to work out to approximately $80 per day) for a Community Pollworker or a Multilingual Pollworker.

The closest cities and towns in need of poll workers are:

• Altadena
• Pasadena
• Arcadia
• Monrovia
• Duarte
• Glendora
