LA County Parks has announced the continuation and expansion of its Free Meal Programs, ensuring that residents of all ages have access to nutritious meals in a welcoming community setting.

The initiative reinforces the department’s commitment to fostering healthy, thriving neighborhoods across Los Angeles County.
Designed to support physical health and community well-being, the programs serve youth, teens, and seniors at multiple park locations, all at no cost and regardless of income.
- Youth Snack Program:
Available at 48 parks, this program serves free healthy snacks to youth ages 17 and under, Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in a supportive, structured environment. - Teen Supper Program:
Open to teens ages 12–18, this Free Hot Supper Program operates at 16 parks, offering evening meals Monday through Friday at 7:00 pm. Registration is required. - Senior Nutrition Program:
Seniors ages 60 and older can enjoy balanced, nutritious meals at 9 park sites, Monday through Friday from 11:00 am. to 1:00 pm. Pre-registration is required.
Through these free meal services, LA County Parks aims to strengthen community ties while addressing food insecurity and promoting wellness for all residents.
Residents are encouraged to visit their local participating parks, sign up where required, and take part in building a stronger, more nourished Los Angeles County community.
