      Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy will host a workshop on reducing immobility.

      Mei Yi was once bedridden and suffered from all kinds of pain. She required artificial hip joint replacement and relied heavily on walkers. At age 80, she started practicing Tai Ji Men Qigong and her mobility improved significantly. Come meet members and hear their amazing journeys to better health and happiness.
