Join an engaging conversation that explores the significance of printmaking in today’s digital age.
Discover how artists are reshaping traditional techniques and forging new paths as they come up with their own rules to redefine the art of printmaking. Keynote speakers include multidisciplinary artist and USC Roski professor Marisa Mandler, Self Help Graphics printmaking artist Miyo Stevens-Gandara, Los Angeles Printmaking Society artist Michelle Rozic, and printmaking artists Kiyomi Fukui Nannery. This program will be moderated by Haven Lin-Kirk, Dean and Professor, USC Roski School of Art and Design.
Following the conversation, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a screen-printing workshop hosted by Self Help Graphics. This program is in partnership with Roski School of Art, Self Help Graphics, and the Los Angeles Printmaking Society (LAPS).

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Drop-in screen-printing workshop with paper stencils
