The South Pasadena Arts Council Gallery at the Chamber of Commerce is once again opening it’s doors!

An opening reception for local artist Mark Billy will take place on Saturday, June 19th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. The SPARC Gallery reopens with “BREATH,” an exhibition of works by artist Mark Billy June 19 through August 14, 2021
