Life-long artist Don Bloom will present his City of Angels series, along with other selected works, at Jeweled Universe during the 2026 South Pasadena Winter Arts Crawl on Saturday, February 7.

Don Bloom, who served as a designer and fabricator during the restoration of Los Angeles’s historic Wiltern Theatre, incorporates salvaged materials from the landmark into much of his work. Drawing inspiration from Los Angeles’s nickname, the City of Angels collection features hanging and freestanding artworks that blend lighting, photography, and other distinctive materials.
In recognition of ongoing rebuilding efforts following the 2025 Los Angeles fires, Bloom will donate 15 percent of proceeds from sales in the City of Angels collection to the Altadena Community Preservation Fund.
The exhibition will take place from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Jeweled Universe, located at 1017 Mission St., Unit B, in South Pasadena. Admission is free.
Jeweled Universe is an award-winning brick-and-mortar boutique owned by South Pasadena resident Diana March.
