A while back we reported that Bernie Sanders was coming to Pasadena. It seems there’s a change of venue and for a good reason.

When the first announcement was made, tickets were sold within ninety seconds. Since the demand was high, more tickets were released, and they were sold out as well. The new release of tickets came with a change of venues and the addition of comedian Sarah Silverman at the request of the Sanders team.
The new venue, Alex Theater in Glendale, was chosen in anticipation of a full house and its ample parking. The venue is naturally asking the public to leave large bags and personal items at home for safety and security concerns.
The event is still presented by Vroman’s, and Bernie Sanders will be in conversation with Sarah Silverman, discussing his Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In book. ($12.99 for Kindle, $27 Hardcover at Vroman’s).
Bernie Sanders will not sign his book as the event is billed as a “talk only”. No book signing will be permitted.
Tickets are sold out, as one would expect, but you can still buy the #1 Best Seller book from Vroman’s Bookstore and see for yourself what Bernie has to say.

Since the event is sponsored by Vroman’s, I would ask readers to ignore the Amazon entreaties and consider supporting a local small business instead, by buying it at Vroman’s.
