Stay hydrated before you feel thirsty. - Check on Neighbors
Especially older adults or those with limited mobility. - Limit Outdoor Activity
Especially if air quality is poor or you have a medical condition. - Dress for the Weather
Light, loose clothing, shaded areas, and sunscreen are essential. - Never Leave Children or Pets in Cars
It is dangerous and illegal. - Outdoor Workers
Are entitled to cool-down rest periods when needed.
