The City of Alhambra is partnering with the Herald Christian Health Center (HCHC) to offer COVID-19 vaccinations for Alhambra residents.

Vaccinations will happen on two separate days:
- Monday, March 22 from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse (320 South Mission Drive).
- Friday, March 26 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Rosemead Community Recreation Center (3936 Muscatel Avenue).
Mayor Sasha Renée Pérez said:
Through this partnership with HCHC, we’ll be able to help our vulnerable community members get the vaccination they desperately need,” said. “It will make a big difference for Alhambra residents and we are grateful for the community partnership.
HCHC will be administering 600 doses of the Moderna vaccine for Alhambra residents that are in Phase 1A or 1B, Tier 1 of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health vaccine distribution guidelines. These include:
- Healthcare workers
- Staff and residents of skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
- LA County residents 65 and older
- Education and Childcare workers
- Emergency Services workers
- Food and agriculture workers
- People with serious health conditions or disabilities
- Janitorial, custodial, and maintenance services workers
- And Transportation and logistics workers

How it works
Appointments are required:
- Alhambra residents must fill out a COVID-19 Registration form, located on the City’s website.
- Once you submit the form, City staff will contact you to confirm their appointment.
- Herald Christian Health Center will schedule second dose appointments for residents after their vaccines have been administered.
