Active Incident!

On November 8, 2024, at 1:22 pm, a CNG trash truck caught fire on westbound interstate 210 shutting down the freeway at Lake Ave.

Pasadena Fire Department cautioned drivers to plan ahead for afternoon commute. More impact will be for the Rose Bowl Stadium where traffic might be impacted by the UCLA Game kick-off at 6:00 pm.

  Right lane is only blocked right now. Traffic backed up from Santa Anita. Drive safely.

  Update

  Two Left Lanes are open. Backed up to Baldwin Ave. (210) and Mountain St. (134). Expect delays up to 1 hour.

  Cleanup continues. Couple of left lanes are open. Tough drive. Try to avoid it if you’re able.

  The HOV and #1 lane are now open. All other lanes will remain blocked until further notice.
