One of Southern California’s largest, free Spring Egg Hunts takes place in Pasadena at the City’s Egg Bowl and Spring Festival, at the Rose Bowl Stadium.
This is the fifth year the Egg Bowl will be held at the historic stadium, and more than 6,000 people are expected to attend. 80,000 eggs will line the historic Rose Bowl Stadium field!
Egg hunts
Three separate egg hunts for kids up to 12 years old will begin at 11:30 a.m. The second set of egg hunts will start at 12:45 p.m. and the last at 2:00 p.m. No registration is required and admission is free. All egg hunts are the same. Remember to bring your best egg hunting basket or purchase a $3 bucket for Pasadena’s largest egg hunt. (Parents, please do not pick up eggs).
Activities
The excitement will begin with a special Bunny Brunch in the Terry Donahue Pavilion, but alas, the Bunny Brunch is already sold out.
But admission to the Egg Bowl is still free. Fun for the whole family begins with games and activities such as face painting, live entertainment, food, pictures with the Bunny, and much more! Nominal fees apply for major activities. All activities will be canceled in the event of rain.
