The results are in for various local candidates and measures from yesterday’s election. Here’s an overview of the outcomes.
San Gabriel Unified School District Special Election – Measure SG Approved
San Gabriel voters have approved Measure SG with 64.01% (5,848 votes) voting “Yes” and 35.99% (3,317 votes) voting “No.” This measure will fund upgrades to classrooms, science labs, career-training facilities, and instructional technology across the district.
Pasadena Unified School District Board of Education
- District No. 2: Jennifer Hall Lee won with a substantial 71.03% of the vote (7,736 votes), defeating Juan Carlos Perez, who received 28.97% (3,134 votes).
- District No. 4: Scott Harden ran unopposed and secured 100% of the vote with 6,233 votes.
- District No. 6: Tina Wu Fredericks won with 62.01% (5,862 votes), defeating Lisa Kroese, who garnered 37.99% (3,600 votes).
Pasadena Unified School District Special Election Measures
- Measure EE: Passed with 67.84% (46,793 votes) in favor and 32.16% (24,662 votes) against.
- Measure R: Approved by voters, receiving 63.88% “Yes” (43,619 votes) and 36.12% “No” (24,662 votes).
