As we all navigate our feelings about the federal election outcome, remember – we have each other. You are not alone.

      By Tera Landers

If you woke up this morning feeling disappointment, despair, disconnected, you are not alone.

Over the next many days, you can affirm these things to yourself:

      • “I will choose kindness over hateful rhetoric”
      • “I will be part of the social movements offering compassion and justice”
      • “I will find ways to support marginalized communities in my area”
      • “I will let words of peacefulness fall easily from my mouth”

While we cannot fully know what is yet to come in our country, we can count on this constant: Each of us has the ability to stay grounded in Love while we reach for a better tomorrow.
Even in the midst of fear and disappointment, there is still great beauty and abiding Love.
