      Pasadena residents seeking food assistance have a wide network of local pantries, churches, and community organizations offering free groceries, meals, and support throughout the week.

      These programs serve individuals, families, seniors, students, and unhoused neighbors, with many locations providing recurring weekly distributions.

      Weekly and Monthly Food Distribution Sites

      All Saints Church 132 N Euclid Ave • (626) 796-1172 Provides sack lunches every Monday from 8:00 am – 11:00 am.

      First African Methodist Episcopal Church 1700 N Raymond • (626) 798-0503 Food distribution on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 9:00 am –12:00 pm.

      Helping Hands – First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena 3700 E Sierra Madre Blvd • (626) 351-9631 Open Wednesdays from 9:00 am –12:00 pm.

      First United Methodist Church 500 E Colorado Blvd • (626) 796-0157 Offers food assistance Tuesdays from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

      Foothill Unity Center 191 N Oak Ave • (626) 584-7420 Distributes food Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am – 11:30 am.

      The Food Pantry – Friends In Deed 444 E Washington Blvd • (626) 797-2402 Open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, and Thursdays from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.

      Hill Avenue Grace Lutheran 73 N Hill Ave • (626) 792-4169 Saturday distribution from 9:30 am – 11:30 am.

      Juicy Little Society at Fair Oaks Burger (Altadena) 2560 N Fair Oaks Ave • (626) 410-5869 Wednesdays from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Primarily serves Altadena residents.

      Lincoln Avenue Christian Church 1180 Lincoln Ave • (626) 798-9163 Wednesdays from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

      Morning Star Outreach 1416 Mentor Ave • (626) 354-3006 2nd Saturday: 11 a.m.–1 p.m.; 4th Saturday: 11:00 am–12:00 pm.

      Pasadena Church 404 E Washington Ave • (626) 764-2951 Saturdays from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

      Pasadena City College – Lancer Pantry 1570 E Colorado Blvd • (626) 585-7264 For PCC students only: Tuesdays–Thursdays from 10:00 am –4:00 pm.

      Mano a Mano Pantry – Pasadena Community Job Center 500 N Lake Ave • (626) 440-0112 Fridays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.

      Meal Delivery and Senior Services

      Pasadena Meals on Wheels 500 E Colorado • (626) 449-6815 Delivers meals on weekdays.

      Pasadena Senior Center 85 E Holly St • (626) 685-6732 Food pantry open weekdays from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

      YWCA San Gabriel Valley – Senior Services 85 E Holly • (626) 214-9465 Provides congregate dining and home-delivered meals.

      Community members who wish to volunteer or donate can contact any of the organizations directly using the phone numbers listed above. These programs rely on local support to continue serving Pasadena’s most vulnerable residents.
