Grief is the last act of love we can give to those we loved. Where there is deep grief, there was great love.” ~Anonymous
Sometimes, after losing a loved one, no words feel right.

People try to offer comfort, soft phrases like “They’re in a better place” or “Time will heal.” But the truth is, grief often doesn’t need language. It sits heavy in the chest, deeper than words can reach.
Maybe the most honest thing to say is nothing at all. Just being there, quietly, can say everything: I see your pain. I can’t fix it. But I won’t look away.
Heartache has no script. Let it ache. Let the silence speak.
